    We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Production Time:
    Each frame is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Production takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Delivery Time:
    Once your frame is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx and should arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress.

  • In Case of Delays:
    If your order is delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our messaging system, and we’ll assist you promptly.

    Once your frame is ready (within 2-3 business days) and handed over to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we will receive the tracking number.

  3. Tracking Notification:
    As soon as the tracking number is available, you will be notified via email. You can also find the tracking information in your account dashboard under the “Orders” section.

  4. Where to Find Your Tracking Info:

  5. Total Delivery Time:
